What you need

tbsp olive oil

tbsp heavy cream
fl oz Hot honey

naan bread

cup orange marmalade

oz feta

tbsp rosemary

tbsp sage leaves

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
3 Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add sage and rosemary and cook until lightly fried. Remove herbs to a paper towel-lined plate and set olive oil aside to cool. 0 Add the feta, heavy cream, and a pinch of black pepper to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until very smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides and bottom. 1 Smooth the whipped feta into a dish, then dollop and swirl in the orange marmalade. 2 Top with the fried herbs, a generous drizzle of hot honey, a drizzle of the reserved olive oil, and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
