
Spicy Caesar Salad Grilled Chicken Tacos
Juicy grilled chicken tacos meet caesar salad with an herby marinade, creamy homemade dressing, and melted parmesan cheese!
What you need
lemon zest

tbsp lemon juice

tsp oregano

tsp black pepper

anchovy fillets

cup mayo

tsp dried basil
boneless chicken breast

tsp kosher salt

cup parmesan cheese

cup red wine vinegar

cup parmesan

tortilla

tsp dijon mustard

tbsp worcestershire sauce
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

fl oz hot sauce
Instructions
Chicken Marinade 0 Add chicken breasts to a large bowl along with 1/3 cup Bona Furtuna Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the remaining chicken marinade ingredients. Stir well to combine, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Caesar Dressing 3 Meanwhile, combine the caesar dressing ingredients, including 1 tablespoon Bona Furtuna Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in a medium bowl. Whisk well, add a splash of water if needed to thin, then refrigerate until ready to use. Spicy Grilled Chicken Caesar Tacos 5 Grill the chicken until golden and cooked through then remove from grill. 6 Toast tortillas on grill, then top each with a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Close the grill until the cheese is melted, then remove from grill. 7 Slice the grilled chicken and add a few pieces to each tortilla with melted parmesan. 8 Toss chopped romaine with some of the caesar dressing, then top each taco with some of the dressed lettuce, as well as grated parmesan. 9 Drizzle each taco with Tari Hot Sauce and finish with black pepper and lemon zest.
