Strawberry Roses Slice strawberries vertically into thin strips, making sure they are thin enough to bend but not translucent. strawberries Arrange some of the larger slices inside squares of a square ice cube tray (I used one with squares a little over 1 inch) with the pointed ends facing up. Continue layering with smaller slices until each square is filled in and they look like roses. Pour rosé into each strawberry square until it fills to the top of the tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until the rosé is very frozen. rosé wine Remove strawberry roses from the ice cube tray and place a few in a martini, coupe, or wine glass (see note).
