What you need

strawberries, (amount for each ingredient depends on how many cubes you are making)
Instructions
Strawberry Roses 0 Slice strawberries vertically into thin strips, making sure they are thin enough to bend but not translucent. 1 Arrange some of the larger slices inside squares of a square ice cube tray (I used one with squares a little over 1 inch) with the pointed ends facing up. Continue layering with smaller slices until each square is filled in and they look like roses. 4 Pour rosé into each strawberry square until it fills to the top of the tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until the rosé is very frozen. 6 Remove strawberry roses from the ice cube tray and place a few in a martini, coupe, or wine glass (see note). Top with prosecco and enjoy! Blueberry Hydrangeas 7 Arrange 3 small to medium sized mint leaves inside squares of a square ice cube tray with the pointed ends facing up. 8 Fill each square with blueberries, creating a small pile at the top. 9 Pour lemonade over each pile of blueberries (see note) until it fills to the top of the tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until the lemonade is very frozen. 10 Remove bluberry hydrangeas from the ice cube tray and place a few in a martini, coupe, or wine glass (see note). Top with prosecco and enjoy!View original recipe
