In a small bowl whisk together the red wine vinaigrette ingredients until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. Taste and add additional salt and/or pepper as needed.

cup red wine vinegar
tbsp shallot
clove garlic
kosher salt
black pepper
Add the strawberries, blueberries, fresh mozzarella, and basil to a large bowl. Drizzle the vinaigrette over everything and gently toss until well combined.
