This polyjuice potion spritz is a fun color-changing cocktail take on the magical Harry Potter potion, perfect for a themed party drink!
Prepare the butterfly pea flower tea by adding the tea bag to 125 milliliters of very hot water (or according to package directions if they differ). Let the tea bag steep until the tea is a very deep blue. Set aside and let cool.
1 butterfly pea flower tea bagAdd leaves from 1 sprig of mint and 1 1/2 ounces St. Germain elderflower liqueur to each cocktail glass. Muddle the mint leaves then stir in some edible glitter until it is well combined.

Add 3 ounces prosecco to each glass followed by 1/2 ounce lime juice, both of which will help turn the drink a more pinkish purple.
