Rim a chilled martini or coupe glass with a sprinkle of old bay seasoning and prepare garnishes.

Add celery-infused vodka, lobster juice, vermouth, lemon juice, caper juice, and a sprinkle of celery seed to a cocktail shaker.

oz lobster juice
oz vermouth
oz lemon juice
oz caper juice
sprinkle celery seed
Add ice and shake well until the shaker is very cold. Strain into prepared glass, add a sprinkle more of celery seed, and garnish with a lobster claw or tail, celery stalk, and lemon wedge coated with old bay.
