Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, whisk together all hot honey salmon ingredients (except the salmon) until smooth.

1 sesame oil
1 rice vinegar
1 sriracha

0.25 crushed red pepper
0.5 garlic powder
0.25 kosher salt
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add salmon filets skin-side down. Pour the sauce over the filets. Bake for 4 minutes, baste the salmon with the sauce, then bake for another 4 minutes. Baste again then broil until golden and cooked through to your liking. Remove from oven.

Meanwhile, add the sliced cucumber and rice vinegar to a small bowl to pickle.
