Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, whisk together all hot honey salmon ingredients (except the salmon) until smooth.
⅕ ¼ honey⅕ 1 sesame oil⅕ 1 rice vinegar⅕ 1 srirachalime⅕ ¼ crushed red pepper⅕ ½ garlic powder⅕ ¼ kosher saltLine a baking dish with parchment paper and add salmon filets skin-side down. Pour the sauce over the filets. Bake for 4 minutes, baste the salmon with the sauce, then bake for another 4 minutes. Baste again then broil until golden and cooked through to your liking. Remove from oven.
