Strawberry Roses
Slice strawberries vertically into thin strips, making sure they are thin enough to bend but not translucent.
0 strawberries
Arrange some of the larger slices inside squares of a square ice cube tray (I used one with squares a little over 1 inch) with the pointed ends facing up. Continue layering with smaller slices until each square is filled in and they look like roses.
Pour rosé into each strawberry square until it fills to the top of the tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until the rosé is very frozen.
0 rosé wine
Remove strawberry roses from the ice cube tray and place a few in a martini, coupe, or wine glass (see note). Top with prosecco and enjoy!
0 prosecco
Blueberry Hydrangeas
Arrange 3 small to medium sized mint leaves inside squares of a square ice cube tray with the pointed ends facing up.
0 mint leaves
Fill each square with blueberries, creating a small pile at the top.
0 blueberries
Pour lemonade over each pile of blueberries (see note) until it fills to the top of the tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until the lemonade is very frozen.
0 lemonade
Remove bluberry hydrangeas from the ice cube tray and place a few in a martini, coupe, or wine glass (see note). Top with prosecco and enjoy!
