Cinderella Mocktail

This Cinderella mocktail is citrusy, extra refreshing, and the prettiest color with the addition of some grenadine!

zest of ½ an orangefor rimming glass, plus a slice for wetting rims
ozorange juicefresh
ozpineapple juicefresh
ozlemon juicefresh
dashesAngostura bittersoptional
orange and lemon slicesfor garnish, optionally dried

Add sugar and orange zest to a small plate. Massage the sugar and orange zest together and set aside. Use part of an orange slice to line the sides of 2 tall glasses, then press them into the orange zest sugar until coated. Add ice to glasses.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into ice-filled glasses.

Pour grenadine slowly down the side of the glass, then top with bitters if using. Top with club soda or seltzer water and garnish with orange and lemon slices.
